    • Cement

    The cement using in the manufacture of high quality precast concrete Paver Blocks are conforming to 53 grade ordinary Portland cement.

  • Aggregates

    • We are using fine and coarse aggregates, consist of naturally occurring crushed/uncrushed materials.

  • Crush Sand

    • We are using fine and coarse aggregates, consist of naturally occurring crushed/uncrushed materials.

  • Crush Sand

    • We are using natural sand, crush sand by total amount of aggregates.

  • Other Additives

    • We are using super-plasticizers for high early strength as specified by Manufacturer/ as per design.

  • Water
    The water, which is being used by us, is pure, clean and free from any deleterious.

    •  

    1) The concrete pavers having perpendicularities after release from the mould and the same to be retained until the laying.
    2) The surface is anti skid and anti glare type.
    3) The Paver having uniform chamfers to facilitate easy drainage of surface run off.
    4) The concrete mix design following for each batch of materials separately to achieve uniformity in strength, quality and durability.                                        
    5) The pavers are manufactured in single as well as double layer.
    6) The pavers are being in grey cement or of required colours. 
    We also make Stock of the finished material as per order so as to dispatch the material in time.
